Step-by-Step Guide for Washing Heat-Resistant Synthetic Fiber Products

Dissolve a small amount of Ellen Wille Synthetic Hair Shampoo, about the size of a hazelnut, in a liter of warm water.
Gently shake the heat-resistant fiber model before placing it into the bath with the shampoo.
Leave the wig or topper made from heat-resistant fibers in the shampoo water for 10 minutes. The synthetic hair shampoo has a self-cleaning action. Please never rub or squeeze the hair!
After 10 minutes, rinse the hair with clean warm water. And again: do not rub or twist!
To maintain the hair structure and keep the heat-resistant synthetic fibers soft and smooth, we recommend a second rinse using Ellen Wille Synthetic Hair Balm.
Dissolve a small amount of Ellen Wille Synthetic Hair Balm in a bath of clean water and leave the model in the solution for 10 minutes. Then, thoroughly rinse the wig or topper and allow it to air dry.

Important: Never rub heat-resistant fiber items with a towel! You may, however, gently brush the model with a special brush that has rounded bristles. Once air-dried, the wig or topper will return to its original shape.

Additional Expert Tip:

For optimal protection and long-lasting shine, use Ellen Wille Synthetic Hair Conditioner. Spray the conditioner on dry hair from a distance of 10 cm. You can use the conditioner daily.
